Return Policy stands behind the quality of all our products throughout our site. However, if for any reason our products malfunction within our product warranty limits, we will do everything in our power to replace that unit for you. Our customer support team is here to help you deal with any and all warranty questions and issues you may have with your purchased products and accessories.

We accept any of our products returned within 14 days of your receipt from shipment, but only if still in its original unopened packaging. We will provide a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee to you.

Unfortunately anything that is outside this 14 day grace period we do not accept for refund or returns for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Warranty Returns and Exchanges must have a RMA Number associated with the purchased product, or it will not be accepted and promptly returned back to you. You must contact our customer support team at (888)827-3101 Monday-Friday, 8-6 pm PST to have a RMA Number assigned for your return.

If for any reason your products arrive damaged or are not functioning properly we will happily replace the unit for you.
